Paul

Paul Koudounaris is paranormal catnip. Unexplained and weird phenomena gravitate towards him like death moths to a preternatural flame. He specializes in finding the most unique shrines to the dead which also sometimes end up finding him.

He has extensive knowledge of ossuaries, sex ghosts, charnel houses, weird history, demonic cats, death rituals, funeral rites, and of course, skeletal bling, among many other things. Between travelling to exotic locations, taking stunning pictures of the dead, he also gives lectures on the aforementioned subjects.

Paul was kind enough to answer a few questions about his unique line of work, paranormal experiences, as well as give some tips on how to buy a human skull!

8 bit skull

Doing whippits right now, tripping out to my own mind as usual. Happy Twisted Tuesday bitches, here is a dose of true existence in the form of a wondrous animated short shot like a moving graphic novel. Spectacularly done. My compliments to the chef!

Day 23: David M. Cook

By Sam Reeve

What I find most intriguing about David M. Cook is that he’s a self-taught, colour-blind artist. I love thinking that what he sees when creating his art is totally different from what we see. David was born in Kentucky in 1972 and is now based in New York.

Check out his website here.

Day 6: Charlie Immer

By Sam Reeve

I’m lazy and didn’t dig up much on Charlie Immer, but his work is awesome and that’s what’s important. You can visit his website here and his blog here.

Cheers!

Vanity’s Creepypasta Halloween Countdown Day #28: Spooky Scary Skeletons

by Tracy Vanity

Fuck zombies, skeletons are fucking awesome. Did you know there’s a skeleton inside you right now?

Spooky shit.

That’s a lot of bones. Here’s more!

What can I say? I just have a soft spot for skeletons.

Ok, that’s more corpsey but you can start to see the skeleton. It’s the thought that counts.

Here are 6 cool skeleton facts:

1. A new-born baby has over 300 bones, over time some of these will fuse together. There are 206 bones in the average adult skeleton.

2. An adult skeleton accounts for around 14% of the body’s total weight. Experiments have shown that prolonged periods in weightless space will cause bones to lose weight and thickness.

3. Giraffes have seven neck bones, exactly the same number as humans.

4. Ounce for ounce, bone is stronger than steel and reinforced concrete. However doctors throughout the world treat tens of million of fractures a year.

5. One out of 20 people have an extra rib.

6. The hip bone or pelvis is six bones joined together. It is shaped like a bowl.

So as I was looking for creepy skeleton-related videos to post, I found this video of a guy putting a skeleton in a blender. Looks like a good Bizarro cooking course.

I know I’ve posted this song before but it’s so incredible that it had to be posted again and this is a Horrormas-sounding remix:
