Dark and hypnotic like an audio version of Eraserhead with a heavy helping of the depths of industrial hell reminiscent of Throbbing Gristle, David Lynch’s art never ceases to amaze.
His new album, “The Big Dream”, is now available. I particularly enjoy “Star Dream Girl.”

Bad The John Boy is horrible IMO. A simple beat with some transformed speech samples thrown on the top, going nowhere… Internet is full of music like this, made years ago by teenagers after their inspirational encounter with some horror game like Silent Hill. So after this poor track I was pleasantly surprised by Star Dream Girl which seems to be something opposite. Oldschool but with a unique sound. Really nice song, David is redeemed.

I love noise music so I really enjoyed the new single but “The Big Dream” is an excellent album, much more complex, haunting, and very uniquely Lynch. I’m glad he’s doing more music now but I also want more films from him!
