Since they met, Karen and Doug had done virtually everything together, and were especially fond of exploring new and spontaneous life events.

Seeing Karen killed instantly, time slowed as Doug tumbled through the air, and he wondered what adventure, if anything, would come next for them.

They shouldn’t have been so bold, standing out in the middle of an open highway while Doug practiced for the Russian ballet, Karen should have known better than to get involved with a slender bodied male dancer a second time. Chadwick the seventeenth, (that pretentious stream of limp squirrel piss), had left her for dead only months prior, Now Karen was dead and their was nothing anyone could do. If they hadn’t been wearing their ear plugs they may have heard the pickup barreling in their direction, unfortunately Karen wore them to comfort her lover, you see, Doug has suffered from inner ear infections since about the age of seven, his ears would drip yellow goo all over his leotards and the back seat of his mothers Ford Taurus. Doug always had a hard time around the other boys with his affinity for classical dance pieces due to where he was raise, In the backwoods of Georgia and Northern Florida, but he had found Karen, beautiful, young, cartilage face Karen. Her body lay as a mangled and blood-sticky statute to Doug’s only heterosexual encounter… and probably his last.

The ‘further explanation’ link is broken. Would someone be so kind as to fix it?
